Cancellations
If you have made a mistake on the order, but do not wish to cancel, please submit an Order Modification form with your order number and what you would like to change. You have 24 hours after you submitted the order to modify it.
If you received a shipping confirmation that your product has been dropped off at the carrier, you cannot cancel your order. You can file for a return once your receive your product (See below for refund policy and instructions).
You can cancel the order if you have not received a confirmation email stating your package has been dropped off at the carrier and you will not be charged. To cancel the order, please submit an Order Cancellation form under the contact page. You will have three days (72 hours after your purchase) to make a cancellation. Once the order is canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. This cancellation cannot be undone. If you wish to repurchase the product, you must repurchase it. Please read what items are refundable under the Refunds section below.
Damaged Product
We have no control over how the product is shipped and the care it goes under. Therefore, you are open to getting a replacement should your product be damaged when you first receive it and the form request is approved. Please make sure you inspected the product right when you receive it. Take pictures of the damage to the product. Damage to the boxes or packages does not count as product damage.

Refunds
Products from Celebration Collection, Vinyl, and Gift Cards are non-refundable. As explained in the paragraph above, you will get a full refund on applicable products after an APPROVED cancellation.
Once the product has been shipped, you can file for a partial refund. The product can be returned, but you will only get back the money paid for the product, not the shipping.
Return Process
To start a return, please make sure to follow the Cancellation policy to cancel the order.
If the product has shipped and is filed for a return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in the return process. Customers may use the same packaging the product came in or use their own packaging.
Once the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund. Please allow up to 7-10 days for the payment to be issued. A confirmation email will be sent.
